Meet Stephanie LaFaso, MSN, RN, VITL's Clinical Education Lead

Stephanie brings over a decade of experience in the nursing field to her work at VITL. She was an Emergency Department nurse before becoming a clinical educator. As a clinical educator in a Vermont hospital, she developed and implemented training programs for providers at all levels – programs resulting in increased staff proficiency, improved patient care, and better overall EHR utilization.

When Stephanie was working as a nurse, she would often spend hours searching for patient medical records. Unbeknownst to her, VITLAccess was just a click away. Stephanie doesn’t want other health care professionals to experience the frustration of incomplete or missing medical records, so she commits her time to educating clinicians and practitioners about VITLAccess.

A lifelong Vermonter, Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Norwich and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Castleton. When she’s not working to improve health care throughout Vermont, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family.
